Welcome to my new blog which shares the name of a new book we are currently writing. We previously published The Five Keys To Understanding Men: A Woman’s Guide, available on Amazon. Why families? Everyone has one and everyone thinks their’s is dysfunctional. Understanding the family you grew up in, as well as the workings of your current family, will better help you understand your world and your place in it.
I am a general psychiatrist, an addiction psychiatrist and a psychoanalyst and these pages will contain information in all these areas, gained in over 30 years of clinical and academic practice. You will be able to post comments and ask questions as well as interact with each other. I’m excited to have the opportunity to share what I have learned and to get to know all of you.
